LabVIEW no longer supports this property. Use the Horizontal Scrollbar Visibility and Vertical Scrollbar Visibility Pane properties instead. Indicates whether to show scroll bars while the VI runs. If you load the VI in a subpanel control, this property is read only and always returns a value of FALSE. This property is similar to the Show scroll bars option on the Customize Window Appearance dialog box. This property still works on VIs with single panes. For VIs with multiple panes, it displays or hides scroll bars in the top left pane.
