Edit reasons:

• Links to formal training were broken because they pointed to pages that were dynamically rendered and thus would break whenever a new rendering occurred. Pointed links instead to pages that changed less.
• Previous training article sounded like a sales pitch for NI training so current revision expanded training to other providers based on a google search for LabVIEW training as well as a check to ensure that providers updated their training to current LabVIEW versions.
• Changed the voice to one more neutral and removed the second person references.
• Added level 3 headers.
