Invoke Node Code Coverage:Start

Turns on code coverage in the context with name specified, for all nodes in all VIs currently in memory, and for all nodes in all VIs loaded in the future.

Important note: Code coverage does not work with VIs that have debugging disabled and Malleable VIs.
