This property is similar to the Splitter Sizing option on the shortcut menu of a splitter bar.

0	Sticks Top/Left—Splitter maintains its distance to its left/top boundary.
1	Sticks Bottom/Right—Splitter maintains its distance to its right/bottom boundary.
2	Proportional—Splitter maintains the proportion of the sizes of its two children.
