InstrumentStudio as a Measurement Cockpit for Electronics Test Workflows by John Bongaarts and Jason Reding
InstrumentStudio is application software from NI that provides interactive instrument control soft front panels for making interactive measurements as well as performing monitoring and debugging tasks. NI is investing to enhance InstrumentStudio to extend from instrument soft front panels to a comprehensive measurement cockpit with tight workflow integration of test automation tasks with NI TestStand. As a first step towards this vision, we have created an interface for hosting LabVIEW applications within InstrumentStudio. In this talk we will share our vision and the G Plugin interface available in InstrumentStudio today.
