What is the difference between VI Package Manager (Free) and VI Package Manager Community Edition (Free For Noncomercial Use)?

It seems to me that they are the same product, just labeled differently. There is a comparison chart at JKI with two versions: VIPM Free and VIPM Pro. Shouldn't VIPM Community Edition be removed? --Logmanoriginal (talk) 07:04, 27 February 2020 (UTC)
