VIAn Add Password is a function from the LabVIEW VI Analyzer Toolkit add-on and used to be available on the VI Analyzer Utilities palette before it was deprecated in LabVIEW VI Analyzer Toolkit 2018. It was used to add a password to the VI Analyzer password cache so that password-protected VIs could be opened during the analysis. The VI is still part of the installation in LabVIEW VI Analyzer Toolkit 2018 and later, but has no functionality and the icon is displayed with a red "X" on top of the original icon.
