RTM File Extension

The RTM File Extension (*.rtm), or Run-Time Menu, is the file that stores a run-time menu configuration. It is created by using the Menu Editor which is accessed from Edit»Run-Time Menu... menu item. Alternatively, VI menus can be saved with the VI rather than in a .rtm file. However, if saved in a .rtm file it can be loaded and used in more than one VI.
