The Not Or function computes the logical NOR of the inputs. Both inputs must be Boolean values, numeric values, or error clusters. If both inputs are FALSE, the function returns TRUE. Otherwise, it returns FALSE.

Usage
This is the same as Logical Or but the output is inverted.
