This ability VI is used to supply data when your XNode is dragged over a data socket (such as a path or string control). String Valid? and Path Valid? indicate if you can supply that type of data, and String and Path contain the data.&lt;br /&gt;

This ability does not provide UI and OS messages are not handled.&lt;br /&gt;
