It creates a [[VI Analyzer task]] that can be used to configure and run an analysis. It either creates an empty task or loads task settings from a [[configuration file (VI Analyzer)|configuration file]]. For password-protected configuration files, the password can be specified. By default, no password is specified. For empty tasks, all tests can be enabled or disabled. By default, all tests are enabled.
